Shipping Coverage

ZONVEER currently ships to the United States and Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Timeframe

Standard shipping within the continental United States typically takes 5–10 business days after your order has been shipped. Delivery times to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada may vary.

Shipping Costs

ZONVEER offers free shipping on all electric dirt bike orders within the continental United States. Additional shipping charges may apply for accessories or shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on our Track Order page or directly on the carrier’s website to monitor your delivery status.

Shipping Damage

If your product arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [email protected]. Include photos or videos of the damage for a prompt resolution. See our Warranty page for more details on shipping damage claims.
